About Our Strengths And Focus At Le Brocq & Horner Law Firm
Stephen Le Brocq is a strong litigator in both civil and criminal cases. He has accumulated substantial trial experience, starting when he was in law school. He is licensed in both Texas and Illinois and has won an appeal in federal court.
Evan Horner is also a strong litigator who was selected for the Order of Barristers, an honor society for trial advocacy, during law school. He has obtained many “not guilty” verdicts for clients in criminal trials.
